The covid 19 pandemic is a thing that is worrying everyone right now. It is extremely contagious and ever since the omicron variant was born, the virus was even more uncontrollable. Many people are worried about covid 19 because they are trying to keep safe. However, all those worrying have caused a lot of stress, and that stress can increase the chance of getting positive with covid 19.

This article will talk about how to avoid being stressed in the covid 19 times and how to stay sane.

Tip #1 - Take breaks from news and stories

Taking breaks from news and stories can help with your stress during the pandemic. Even though that means that you won't know what was happening outside, consistent information about the pandemic can be very worrisome. If you are too worried, worrying can develop into stress after a while. So, it can help by taking a break from the phone, TV, computer, or Ipad every day and disconnecting from social media.

Tip #2 - Take Care Of Your Body

This is essential to everyone, either old or young. You need to get vaccinated and stay up to date with your vaccination. Eat healthily, don't just only eat junk food, or meat. For, if you have a healthy diet, you will have more immunity against covid 19. Also, sleep more, for if you sleep more, you will be less likely of getting both covid 19 or stress. Try to avoid drugs or alcohol, because although drugs can bring momentary happiness, they will decrease your immunity against viruses.

Tip #3 - Do Activities That You enjoy

One way to reduce being stressed is to do things that you enjoy. Doing things you enjoy to reduce stress during covid 19 is a very good way. For, doing things you enjoy can release a lot of endorphins. Endorphin is a very important substance to reduce stress and prevent stress, it can also prevent depression and anxiety.

Tip #4 - Communicate With Others

Communicating with others can help you not get depressed and getting lonely. For, loneliness is a big cause of depression and depression can lead to many things, including suicide. Communicating with others can also improve your social skills and will help you make more friends when the pandemic is over.

We should help each other in the pandemic and pass this pandemic safely. Please give me a comment on how I could improve. You could also leave a comment on what I did well. The Forum is always open if you have any questions.
